about

This track is a first-attempt, unedited, improvised piece inspired by the energy of the Heart chakra. I created this track for the Heart Chakra Guided Meditation that I released on Patreon last month. The element associated with the heart chakra is air, and as I listened back to the track, I found that what I normally would see as imperfections in song composition actually created an air-like quality in the music. Releasing expectations for the music and accepting it just the way it was presenting itself to me opened up my heart to experience it in its present beauty. In the same way, if we release expectations for ourselves and the people around us and accept us all for how we present ourselves, we open to divine love.

My hope in sharing this song is to encourage meditation and personal healing in the listener, and to inspire the listener to release judgments, fears, insecurities that they have been holding onto, and to open up to the source of abundant and expansive love within oneself.
